Access to the One-on-One Meeting Scheduler is only provided to members who are officially registered and have paid their conference fees.
The Meeting Scheduler is open from now until 21:00 hrs (Ho Chi Minh City, VIETNAM) on 3 November 2025. Delegates can schedule new meeting appointments or cancel existing ones until 21:00 hrs on 5 November 2025.
The One-on-One Scheduler for the mobile app will open at a later date
During the conference: All delegates will be required to check their updated schedule on the WCAworld Events app each morning (4-6 November 2025) from 09:00 – 10:00 hrs (Ho Chi Minh City, VIETNAM).
