BOOTHS

  1. BOOTH and SPONSORSHIP packages will be open for reservations on Wednesday, 24 January 2024, at 16:00 hrs (BKK time).

  2. WCAworld does not accept advanced reservations for booths or sponsorship packages in order to ensure that all members have equal opportunity to reserve the booth location or sponsorship packages of their choice.

  3. Note that the floor plan (below) is subject to small changes between now and 24 January 2024.  We will send an email broadcast to all members if any changes are made to the booth floor plan.

PAYMENT:

New WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of booking. Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again. IMMEDIATELY
(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)
